Car parking charges to go ahead from April 2017

As a result of the period of statutory consultation, Horsham District Council received 123 formal responses including one petition, regarding the notice of intention to introduce new parking arrangements in rural car parks. HDC's Director of Community Services has now approved the charging proposals with a few changes.
