ICE IN YOUR MOBILE
Put the letters ICE (In Case of Emergency) in your mobile phone book followed by the phone number of your next of kin or a best friend. If you have an accident outside your home, this will help the paramedics get important details about you quickly if you are not able to communicate with them yourself.
LIONS MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE
Collect a bottle from the Medical Centre or Lloyds chemist, and provide vital information should you need to alert the emergency services.
VULNERABLE PERSONS REGISTER
Go to the Parish Office to put your name on the vulnerable persons register, if you think you might need help in exceptional weather conditions. The list is confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
