The creative people of Henfield will be out in force again at the Henfield Hall, on Saturday the 4th November for the annual Henfield Arts & Crafts Fayre.

The event has become a regular event in the Henfield calendar. It is a great place to go for those unique and handcrafted quality gifts all being showcased by local artists, craftsmen and small business.

The organisers decided to create a ‘true craft fayre’ . They found that more and more craft fairs that they had visited, were purely sales of bought in and mass produced items., with no skill involved in their creation. The event they set up, will accept no bought in items at all and they approve all the exhibitors work before bookings are agreed. All the work is to a high standard, whether its a crocheted hair band for a couple of pounds or a sculpture worth hundreds.

All the exhibitors enjoy chatting with visitors about their work and processes involved and this all makes for a lively and bubbly atmosphere in the hall on the day. Often exhibitors will undertake bespoke commissions for unique and special purchases.

On display and available to purchase, will be something for everyone and every budget, ranging from the simple, fun and pretty to stylish accessories and unique artwork for you, your family, home and garden.

Visitors will be able to enjoy a great selection of our now famous homemade cakes with their tea and coffee, whilst relaxing and pondering on their purchases.

This years Fayre will be taking place on Saturday 4th November, from 10am till 4pm at the Henfield Hall. Admission is free.

The local organisers, Julie, Tracy & Zoe, look forward to welcoming many new visitors along with the regular long term supporters. Look out for the distinctive road boards and posters advertising the event and please feel free to visit the dedicated website www.henfieldartsandcrafts.co.uk  for more details.
