Henfield Medical Practice operates from two sites, the main surgery at Henfield and a branch surgery at Partridge Green. The current list size is approximately 9500 patients.

We operate from well equipped, purpose built premises. The practice has on site chiropody, physiotherapy and counselling, as well weekly sessions with the clinical psychologist, midwife and geriatric psychiatrist.

We have an active patient participation group who have helped build a good relationship between the surgery and patients. They produce a six monthly newsletter and hold regular educational talks. They also help to raise funds for a local trust set up to assist with the purchase of equipment for the surgery.

There are currently 6 GP Partners at Henfield Medical Centre. The Practice has been a training Practice for many years, which means we have additional doctors in the surgery on placements of up to one year. We also have close links with Brighton University Medical School.

Working alongside the GPs are five part time nurses who hold minor illness, chronic disease and travel clinics. Two health care assistants offer phlebotomy and health clinics.

District nurses and Health Visitors complete the nursing team.

Clinical staff are supported by ancillary staff made up of administrators, personal assistants, receptionists, dispensers and a visiting pharmacist.

Together we aim to provide a professional and efficient service to our patients with the best possible standards of healthcare.
