Henfield Leisure centre offers a great variety of fitness classes for all ages including – Yoga, Leg Bums and Tums, Circuit training, 20-20-20, Rebounding, Pilates and Spinning.

Spinning

Our spinning sessions are a great way to lose weight fast. During each class you will be shown through different moves on your bike. Our fully qualified instructors use different types of music

Yoga

When attending this class you will endure great exercises that will improve your flexibility, stamina and strength. This class is slow moving an d uses no high intensity movements.

20-20-20

 if you are looking to tone up and lose weight then this is the class for you.    20-20-20 consists of 20 mins Aerobics, 20 mins Step Aerobics and 20 mins Toning. 

 Legs, Bums and Tums 

 When involved in this class you will undertake great exercises and moves to target those problem areas. So tone the legs, bottom and tummy in this great class.  

Cardio Pilates 

 This class is a great way to improve core stability and help increase general fitness. Using fantastic equipment including Spinning Bikes and rebounders to help your core.

 Circuit Training 

 Our circuit training consists of a higher impact workout. It is run by one of our qualified instructors and is the best way of increasing all round general fitness.

Pilates

This class involves slow movements of the body which tones and builds up your core strength. This class will also help improve your flexibility and balance.

The Fitness League

A low impact exercise class for women of all ages. Pay as you go by the term. Monday 6pm - 7pm, Thursday 10am - 11am

Zumba Gold for the other 50s

Thursday 11.30am - 12.30pm

Rebounding

This class has been our most effective fat loss class yet. With a fantastic range of lower body and upper body workout regimes this class will get you toned and will burn excess body fat
