Henfield Parish Council is looking to employ an individual to support its various committees in ensuring the smooth functioning and recording of its meetings. 

The main responsibilities will include planning and advertising meetings, as well as recording, writing and distributing the minutes of meetings in conjunction with the relevant committee chairmen. The candidate will need to demonstrate a reasonable knowledge of the Henfield community and will need excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as having a good understanding of the appropriate IT skills. The working hours will be around 30 per month and the role will necessitate some evening work.
