Marcus Grimes Estate Agents have acquired Goodsman Lettings of Henfield. Marcus Grimes have three other offices across Mid Sussex and company principal Marcus and his family have lived in the village for nearly 30 years. The two business’ will combine to create a ‘super agency’ specialising in sales and lettings from their offices in Coopers Way. Marcus Grimes Estate Agents was created in 1988 in Cuckfield before opening subsequent offices in Haywards Heath and Hurstpierpoint. The opening of a branch in Henfield completes the square with now unrivalled coverage of those areas south of Gatwick airport to the South Downs. Kay Boxall and Ginny Jesson will remain on the lettings team in Henfield who will be joined by Emma Rivers from the Marcus Grimes Lettings department. Sales will be handled by Alexa Mallet, a Henfield resident and Sophia Lambor, all overseen by Marcus Grimes himself. Henfield office sales and lettings instructions will be offered from the Hurstpierpoint office as well giving twice the exposure and the biggest internet coverage.
