Warren Playgroup

Warren Playgroup Cover Photo
The Warren playgroup started in 1977 at its current location in Church House. We are very lucky to have a large, bright and welcoming hall which is situated within a beautiful part of the village. The playgroup is independent and run by Parent committee members and staffed by qualified professionals. The playgroup’s staff hold N.V.Q. level 3 qualifications in Child Care and Education, First Aid Certificates and all staff attend regular training courses and meetings.

Our aim is to encourage the children to enjoy playing and learning while they develop. We are part of the Department for Education and Employment of the Early Years Development Partnership. We follow the Learning Outcomes set out by Ofsted which includes mathematics, literacy, knowledge of the world, physical development, creative play plus personal and social development.

Children are accepted from the age of two.
