Circle Dance Group

Henfield Circle Dance Group meets weekly at Henfield Leisure Centre on Thursday mornings in term time. We are a friendly and supportive group and all are welcome. No experience is needed to join us but we do advise you wear clothing that is easy to move around in. We learn a few new dances each term but also enjoy refreshing the ones we have learned before. The music is from all parts of the world- some is contemporary and some is traditional. This group offers a lovely way to do some gentle exercise and movement, to keep dancing and to make friends.

Regular members pay £3 per session although this can be more on weeks where we have an expert dance teacher.

If you would like to know more, just turn up to see us one week (first session is free) or call Jan on the number above.
