Membership of the Partnership is FREE and is open to individuals and organisations supporting our aims who live, work, or operate locally.

We need all the help we can get to deliver more! You decide how much time to put in – the reward is the satisfaction of helping to improve further our lovely community.The Henfield Community Partnership needs more volunteers to help with its various projects and to fill vacancies in the Management Committee. Even if you can only spare a little time, please contact us to see how you can help us further improve our community. We would love to hear from you.

The HCP was established in July 2005; it is now a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Its formal objects are:

a) To help implement the actions in the current Henfield Community Action Plan;

b) To work together on issues and projects of interest and concern to Henfield and its surrounding communities in order to secure its long term viability as a centre for social, business and cultural activities and to maintain its particular character and heritage;

c) To review progress against and update as required the Action Plan and to be aware of and incorporate arising community concerns where applicable.

HCP is overseen by a small Board of Directors, the current Directors being:

Richard Kendall – Vice Chairman

Anthony Druce – Company Secretary
