Horsham Hospital’s Community NHS Foundation trust are excited to be able to share the news that they are now able to run the free NHS Expert Patients Programme self-management course for adults living with long-term health conditions in Henfield. Previously they have not been able to run courses in more rural locations. The service has now grown they would like to be able to expand the areas in which they offer the course.
The Henfield course is bound to be a success so that they will be allowed to run more in the future.
The course gives you the opportunity to:
- Learn new skills to cope with your condition
- Help you continue with your daily activities
- Help you to manage emotional difficulties caused by your condition
- Meet others living with similar problems
