Henfield Community Partnership has published a list of the essential businesses still open in Henfield, identifying those which offer a delivery service..

The full size chart is available on the Community Partnership's Facebook page and (unlike the snapshot above!) will be updated regularly.

Note that Stokes is now closed until further notice but will continue to deliver newspapers and magazines. Please call Fiona on 07855744520 for details.

Further afield, a comprehensive update on the status of the national supermarkets is available on the Consumer Association's Which? website. Visit their website and scroll down to the table to see details of restricted opening hours and arrangmeents for key workers and vulnerable people. Here's a sample...

Feedback today was that there were long queues waiting to get into the local superstores, even during the times set aside for vulnerable people. Online deliveries were also problematic, with Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose having no delivery slots available in the next three weeks.

In Horsham, only essential shops remain open in Swan Walk. An up to date list is available here. The Council offices at Parkside are now closed to the public.

Horsham District Council has introduced free parking in all Horsham District Council owned car parks (including Henfield) during the Coronavirus situation. Remember that Stagecoach is operating a restricted timetable for the 17 bus: live bus times can be checked here.
