The book is the history of the Horsham District lavishly illustrated with photographs of the hundred objects, and was produced as part of The Horsham Year of Culture Project. Each parish was asked to choose about ten objects to represent their area. At Henfield we chose amongst other things The Change Eight Bell Set on display in the museum, the flag which covered the body of The Unknown Warrior, a Bishopp Mark representing Henry Bishopp from Henfield the first Postmaster General, the mosaics in Coopers Way representing Backsettown and the Violet Nurseries, the plough outside of the museum, the George Hotel, and the tyring disc in the High Street, etc.
