Henfield Wild Violets WI

Henfield Wild Violets WI Cover Photo
We are the newer WI in the village, formed on the 15th January 2016. Our name ‘Wild Violets’ and logo were agreed upon because of Henfield's connection to violet farming.

We meet on the second Friday of each month from 10am till 12 noon, in the Henfield Hall. For members and visitors, a reasonably priced lunch is available between 12 - 1pm.

Members are encouraged to participate fully in our activities and to suggest new activities. Our policy is to rotate our Committee on a 3-yearly basis, so new ideas can be harnessed, and new faces given a chance to get involved.

Activities include:-
Craft Sessions
Demonstrations
Hands-on Activities
Fun & Games
Quizzes
Talks

Why not come along and be inspired; meet new friends, learn new skills, hear interesting speakers, get involved in your village community. We are much more than just 'Jam and Jerusalem,' a stereotype that stems from the 1st and 2nd World Wars.
