As well as the chance to meet Santa with his sleigh (and reindeer grazing in Stokes’ garden) various outlets will be offering wands, cauldrons, pointy hats, gowns, broom sticks, round glasses, chocolate frogs, butter beer, honeycombe and lots of other themed items. There will be owls to look at and, we understand, there will be a chance to meet someone who looks very much like Harry Potter himself!
Rushfields’ pie van will be opposite the Christmas tree and the BP Guild barbeque will be in full swing. The pubs will be open too serving their usual fare and the Henfield Club will be serving mulled wine and burgers.
Hamfelds will have a Christmas Quiz to solve and Stokes are running a competition for Best Harry Potter Fancy Dress. Santa will be in his grotto in the bus shelter.
So put the date in your diary and, whether young or old, plan to come out and enjoy a great festival in Henfield High Street on the 7th December.
