Know Dementia, a local charity, is run by volunteers comprising family carers and qualified professionals who live and work with people with a dementia. Our purpose is to provide people with the advice and support they may need having received a diagnosis of a dementia.
Following the meeting in The Henfield Hall, we are delighted to report that we have obtained funding from the Coastal Commissioning Group.
