We would firstly like to thank our members and visitors for their patience and support during this time. We appreciate that it has been challenging, especially recently, to know where the entrance is to go in or even how to get out!!. Also the dirt, rubble and boarding in certain areas has been an eye sore but we hope you see a more pleasant site now.

We would like to thank Nigel Parsons and his team for the fantastic work they have done with the recent extension. The new reception area looks amazing as well as the extended seating area in Sharky's and the new lift.

We have an official opening on Tuesday 23rd October at 6.30pm by Brighton and Hove Albion Captain Bruno. Everyone is welcome to come along and check out our changes and facilities, talk to the team and of course meet Bruno himself.

We are extremely lucky to have been able to do phase three of our 'Vision 2020 project'. This has been helped by some grants that we have managed to receive and ongoing fundraising. Phase one was the Sharky's extension, phase two our new gym and air conditioning and phase three our new reception, lift and extended seating in Sharky's.

We still offer the same high quality classes, spin, circuits, pump and blitz, boxercise, kettlebell rebound, and have a new addition called Bounce. This class is performed on a mini trampoline to brilliant motivating music. All of the classes offered help you achieve the fitness and body shape you desire and are suitable for all abilities. Look on our website for more details, or call us on 01273 494984.

Don't forget if you have little ones or are looking after grandchildren we have sing and play on a Wednesday from 10-11am for 0-3 year olds and 4dribblers on a Thursday 10-11am for children from walking to pre-school.
Maybe you are retired or do shift work and are looking to keep active and socialise? We offer a over 50's morning session on a Tuesday for badminton and short mat bowels. And for over 60's on a Monday and Friday 1:30 to 2:15pm gentle gym. This class helps to increase fitness and maintain mobility.

There are many different activities available at the Leisure Centre; with all our improvements, classes and children's activities, we offer so much more to the community, so come along to have a peek at what's available and speak to one of our friendly staff to find out how the Leisure Centre can help you.

To help raise the much needed funds for all of the improvements we are constantly looking at ways to raise money so on Friday 16th November at 7 pm we have our infamous quiz night. It's only £10 per person, which includes supper and teams of no more than 6 people. The winning team prize is £60 and there will be a raffle and the bar will be open.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
