This took place on Friday 15th February in Small Dole

Although there was a slightly disappointing turn out we were pleased to welcome not only regular members of our Woodmancote congregation but also friends from Henfield. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the Grand Raffle and were overwhelmed by your response. (Everyone who attended went home with a raffle prize.) Another special thank you to those who contributed such lovely refreshments (especially Maggie Blazeby).

Socially it was a big success bringing together those of us who now attend different services since the revised timetable this year. It wasn't really about making a profit but we are pleased to have been able to pass on £80 for our 'Fabric Fund'.

Our next opportunity to meet together for a special service will be on Mothering Sunday, 31st March, when all three of our churches (St Peter's Woodmancote, St Peter's Henfield and St Giles Shermanbury) will come together at Woodmancote for CHORAL EVENSONG at 5.30pm preceded by tea and cakes at 4.30pm
