On Sunday 3rd December the congregation of St Peter's Church Woodmancote gave thanks in our beautifully re-decorated church with a fitting traditional service of sung Holy Communion from the Book of Common Prayer. In his address, the Rector, Revd Paul Doick, spoke of our joy at returning to this 'special sacred place, restored to its full glory'. The celebrations continued with a superb lunch prepared by Sally and her team at Terrys Cross, just along the road from the church. Somehow we all squeezed into the dining room with its marvellous views across the countryside and it was lovely to all be back together again.
