It's a bittersweet moment. We look back with pride on all that has been accomplished and sadness that the Hub will no longer help to shape Henfield's future. Technology has moved on. Facebook and other websites (here's a list!) now fill much of the role that was envisaged for the Hub.

Here are a few reminders of stories we have covered over the last eight years. Some have been happy, like the Summer Fayres and the opening of the Henfield Haven. Some have been newsworthy, like the good folk of Henfield protesting outside Horsham Council offices. And other events were sad, like the untimely passing of local press man Mike Beardall who contributed so many photos and articles to the Hub. See how many stories you can recognise from these pictures!

There are many more memorable moments for you to browse in our Stories from the Archives.

A huge thank you to all the organisations and businesses that have supported us, and all the volunteers who have contributed photos and stories or maintained their club and business pages.

The Henfield Hub website will remain online until 20 March 2022 for reference but will no longer be updated. We are also making sure that the memories and social history are archived for posterity.
