We planted about 150 trees along Bysshop Meadow yesterday morning - oak, alder, hornbeam, silver birch, mountain ash, hazel, wild cherry, crab apple, hawthorn and more! And we still have about 350 to plant. It's an extra-special feeling to have planted oak-trees, somehow. Huge credit and thanks to Charlotte Stahmann for sourcing the trees, and arranging the planting! It just gets more special to be part of this amazing group! Trees provided free from I Dig Trees/Ovo Evergy/The Conservation Volunteers, whose goal is to plant a million trees.
