The Henfield Hub invites applications from residents of the Henfield area to join its Board of Management.
The Board will
- have overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Henfield Hub.
- provide oversight to check that the community interest is being served and that the website is financially viable.
- make final decisions regarding any contentious matters concerning the operation or content of the website.
- set subscriptions and advertising fees, taking into account the recommendations of the Managing Agent.
The Board is required to make all decisions in the best interests of the community and its organisations.
Appointments to the Board will initially be for a period of 1 year, and thereafter will be renewable for a term of 2 years.
The Board will meet as often as is deemed necessary to conduct its business but not less than once per year
