The Downs Link that passes through the fields between Henfield and Partridge Green has been re-surfaced. This provides a welcome solution to previous problems (similar to the one encountered in the picture below!):
The re-surfaced section of the link now provides easy access (free of cars and lorries) between the two villages and will be available throughout the year for use by walkers, horse riders and cyclists.
The work was arranged and paid for by West Sussex County Council’s Countryside Service and was carried out in June 2014.
